If additional shipping fees, handling fees, or other charges arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an address change requested after shipment, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the customer may be responsible for such additional charges.

If a shipment does not reach the customer, is returned to us, or is disposed of by the carrier or a third party due to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, loss or misdelivery by the carrier, or other circumstances attributable to the customer or carrier, we do not provide reshipment or refunds.
